• Certified coach of the International Federation

• A graduate of Marcin Matych's "Kapitanka" method course - workshops for professionals providing psychological assistance to people struggling with neurotic and anxiety disorders. She completed the Motivational Dialogue Study at AMiE.

• During the 4-year Psychotherapy School of the Institute of Health Psychology (IPZ).

• Coach, trainer, expert and academic lecturer with over twenty years of experience gained in cooperation with private individuals and employees of numerous enterprises, non-governmental organizations and public institutions

• Psychologist and trainer with 20 years of experience in conducting groups and individual consultations.

My mission is to support people in realizing their inspiration and growing as leaders in a systemic and transformative way, and in making decisions that are both consistent with their values ​​and take into account key conditions and even distant cause-and-effect connections. I can combine an organizational and planning approach with a systemic and transformative one, which allows me to work on details without losing sight of the whole.
